Referee Tools is a user-friendly app developed by SeedsJP for Android devices. Designed for referees in various sports such as soccer, rugby, and handball, this app provides a range of basic functions to assist referees during matches.

The app's timer function allows referees to easily keep track of game time. With a simple tap, the timer starts, and another tap stops it. Referees can choose between a countdown or count-up timer. When the countdown option is selected, a sound can be played when the timer reaches zero, ensuring accurate timekeeping.

Referee Tools also includes a whistle feature, providing referees with different whistle sounds at their fingertips. By pressing the "Short," "Long," or "Twice" button, referees can sound the whistle as needed. Holding down the whistle icon will continuously play the whistle sound for a maximum duration of approximately 30 seconds.

Additionally, the app offers a penalty card feature. Referees can tap on a card to display it in full screen, making it easy to show players the appropriate penalty. While the initial display includes the traditional "yellow card" and "red card," the app allows customization, enabling referees to display other color cards according to their preferences.
